1. Order Process:
- Clients must provide a clear description and reference images.
- The commission will begin after a down payment of 50% of the total price.2. Work Timeline:
- The timeline will depend on the queue and the complexity of the commission.3. Revisions:
- 3 minor revisions are allowed during the sketching phase.
- Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.4. Usage Policy:
- The artwork is for personal use only unless the client has purchased commercial rights.
- The artwork may not used for NFTs/AI training.5. Artist’s Rights:
- The artist retains the right to publish the artwork in their portfolio or social media (with watermark) unless the client requests privacy.
- The artist has the right to decline commissions they are uncomfortable with.6. Payment:
- Payments can be made via shopeePay, Gopay, or BCA
- The remaining balance must be paid after the client approves the final result and before the file is delivered.7. Cancellation Policy:
- The down payment is non-refundable if the client cancels after the sketching phase.
- If the artist cannot complete the commission for any reason, the down payment will be fully refunded.8. Delivery:
- The final artwork will be delivered in PNG/JPG format with high resolution via email or Google Drive.9. Extra Characters:
- Additional characters will cost +75% of the base price per character.
Example: Two full-body characters = 200k + 150k (75% of 200k) = 350k.10. Complex Details:
- Additional fees will be applied for complex designs, such as intricate outfits or complicated props.
